The mediums Megan primarily works in are Lino and digital with a 3D aspect being integrated in there somewhere. Being from Cardiff and based in the city currently, she hopes to let the influences of the city also come into her work. Throughout her work she somehow most of the time manages to incorporate her favourite colour, purple. The themes that she hopes to accomplish in her art are being sustainable, and she hopes that quirky Illustration is also a theme too. With that she hopes to make people see something in a different light.

“The subject matter addressed is ordinary things, whether that be food, furniture or animals. With them being given a comical aspect. The mediums used are a mixture of digital, traditional lino printing and a 3-D aspect being used, and select illustrations to give another view. The combination is one of reversible medium and a permanent one. The main Graduate Portfolio project is a series of pastel-toned greetings cards with comical puns or phrases. There is also a smaller side projects of possible licensable patterns and concepts for children's books, and small paper craft project for children.”
